What You Can Expect

First Prior to First Meeting: 

We will ask you to gather certain information and specific documents to bring with you so we can accurately discuss your needs.  If you can't gather everything, don't worry, it is the meeting that is most important.


At Our Meeting: 

We will review:

• Current Estate Plan
• Investments
• Income and Expenses
• Income Taxes
• Life Insurance
• Long Term Care Insurance Hold a discussion on:
• Your current financial situation
• Your family situation
• When you would like to retire
• How long till retirement
• Your retirement plans (staying in same home, moving, etc.)
• Your investment risk tolerance
• Your money management philosophy


At Our Second Meeting:

• Present a Comprehensive Financial Plan
• Review plan and the reasoning behind the decisions
• Answer all your questions
• Begin implementation process


Ongoing Progress Reviews:
Each quarter we will deliver a comprehensive Quarterly Performance review which will track where you stand in relation to your stated goals.  Because nothing remains static, if your situation changes, we will be ready to make recommendations to keep you on track to help meet your objectives.

In general all of our meetings are held in our office. There we have access to reports, information, materials and forms so we don't delay putting your requests into action.  Meetings generally last about an hour to an hour and a half.
